My Arival in Korea

| I'm finally all moved to Korea and got a new laptop the other day so I can work on the internet. Now i just hav to load some files and programs so I can start working on the site once again and getting everything back up to date. I do have some questionable news though I might have limited internet access for the next 6-12 months while I am here in Korea. So we will just have to see what comes of it... but i still should be able to keep the site running at maximum opperation once again. Stay Tuned. |

| As I though things clould not get any worse then they did 2 weeks ago. We had to find a new host and currently we are in the process of making sure all the site data gets uploaded to the new one. So things should bu up and running normally, but many things might not work right away. So be paitent and I will get everything back online as soon as possible. |

With Yu-Gi-Oh! card sales topping 15.8 billion, Konami has contacted Guinness and applied for a card game sales world record. There is currently no Guinness record in the category. The Yu-Gi-Oh! card game was first released in 1999. Since then, the game has been released in 45 countries. Yu-Gi-Oh! is believed to have set another record in 1998, when 17.5 million copies of its video game were sold. |

Well, I got good news and bad news... Bad is it looks like all my various Anime Music (music files only NOT the Music Videos) files here have been magically deleted or corrupt. I don't have any backups of these so I will be starting over on this section or just removing it completely very soon. Good is that I have found a site that has some episodes for you to download, Yu Yu Hakusho (Complete Series), Rurouni Kenshin (Complete Series), One Piece (Episodes 1-250+), Dragonball/z/gt (Complete Series for all), and Naruto are all found there..

The 2006 Anime Expo

Fully aware of how many people would want to attend, ADV split its Anime Expo presence into three parts, with two panels on the second day of the convention, and one on the third. David Williams and Matt Greenfield were present at all three, and for the Monday session, they were joined by company founder and CEO John Ledford .
Each of the three panels followed a roughly similar format, beginning with a general overview of some of the projects ADV is currently working on, the announcement of a new title, the showing of a full episode or clip, and then Q&A. The first Sunday session gave us the news that ADV has acquired Nerima Daikon Brothers , which Williams and Greenfield referred to as the “nothing is sacred” series, and mention of the fact that the first volumes of both Jinki Extend and Comic Party Revolution will be out in September.
The apparent slowdown in announcing new licenses through the first half of 2006 was actually due primarily to the fact that negotiations for the strategic partnership with Sojitz had to be concluded before ADV could really move forward with plans. In the meanwhile, ADV was contracted by Kadokawa USA to handle the production and dubbing aspects of the upcoming release of Full Metal Panic : The Second Raid, while Funimation takes care of marketing and distribution. As for ADV's manga titles, at this point, the focus is on “titles that move through stores the fastest.”
The Sunday afternoon panel expanded on some of the announcements made earlier that day, as well as at previous conventions. Currently, ADV has no plans to release the original Fist of the North Star TV series. On the other hand, the company is now actively looking at licensing various Japanese live-action series. All of the in-episode songs in Nerima Daikon Brothers will be dubbed on the English track, and apparently, director Shinichi Watanabe based the look of the show's main characters on the two mascots of Anime Central, where he was a guest of honor in 2004.
At this point, ADV announced their second new license, Paniponi Dash. Given the text-heavy nature of this anime, ADVidNotes will be making their comeback in the DVD release.
The final ADV panel, on Monday afternoon, focused somewhat more on the Anime Network, which is now seen in over 24 million households and is the nation's largest video-on-demand service. Over the next two years, ADV's plans for the channel include developing significant amounts of original/non-fiction content.
Although at previous panels, ADV had stated that there were plans to release its entire back catalog on DVD, because of rights issues, some titles may never be released. Similarly, although Kurau: Phantom Memory had previously been mentioned as an ADV license, by Otakon, the company will clarify whether or not it actually does hold the rights to it.
At each of the three panels, Williams and Greenfield clocked the time it would take for the first question about the Neon Genesis Evangelion movie to be asked. At the first two, it came within the first five minutes or so; at the last, not until about the twenty-minute mark. A major announcement about this project is going to be made sometime this fall. When asked about another ADV title now being considered for a live-action adaptation, Battle Angel Alita , they responded by saying that “the word 3D has come up.”
Finally, the last ADV license of this year's Anime Expo was confirmed as the new Guyver : The Bioboosted Armor TV series. The first volume will hit store shelves sometime in October to November of this year. |

The Site Expands

| I have worked out a deal with Bardock and convinced him to expand the site. The site now has up to 20 G B of space which is 4x larger then before. I have to also get new material for the site, as in more wallpapers, media clips, and probably start to feature some movie episodes from various anime. I have also been informed that even though this site started as DBZGT and will always be based around it was are expanding to many other popular anime such as: Inuyasha, Naruto, One Piece. We plan to start are small and concentrate on these 3 anime series since our DBZGT section is pretty much maxed out. Small effort for big future gains, is the slogan of this new era in animemegaverse.com. |

| Almost finished with the DBZ manga, but I did get to add a simple site poll. I hope to be doing a different poll every week so I can get good feedback from the sites fans. On a side note, I changed the Banner at the top.. watch it for about 60 seconds and see if you like it. I guess I changed the banner cause I plan on upgrading here in the near future to include a bit more material in those certian sections. It not easy and won't be over night.. but it will be coming. |

If they don't start updating like they are suspose to I will be looking for new help! On a side note While I was cleaning this past month I found all my old orginal Manga and I will be uploading it to the site for download. Some of it I will post for viewing but there is just so many scanned pages of manga it will be easier if I just put it into .zip file for you to download and view at your own time. Shonen Jump subscribers will receive a Naruto uncut preview DVD in the July issue, according to the latest Shonen Jump newsletter . The first Naruto uncut box set streets on July 4. Also on another note Ubisoft announced it is developing a Naruto game for Xbox 360. It is scheduled for North American release in 2007.

Bandai Co. has completed construction of the Bandai Hobby Center, a production facility in Shizuoka meant to replace their Gunpla manufacturing factory. More Dragonball z gt is here. We have added some more affilates in the past couple days. We also have a folder full of Fan submissions that we are still working on uploading in in next few coming days. Besides the fan submission I am working on more site materal including some character ages in the different sagas, Faimly Trees, and alot more things i don't have and is pretty cool. | If you have not noticed over the weekend we have done some minor site imporvements. Moved the Affalites and Networks links to the right side on the bottom and put a little fade effect on them for coolness factor. Also added some more links on other anime on the left side near the bottom of the main DBZ links. This will let you guys get a taste of some other anime and not just Dragonball Z GT. More coming bits at a time!

Well, Atari has finally said something on the matter explaining the whole mess-up with the "Dragonball Z Budokai 3: Greatest Hits" release, and here's what they said:
"Due to an error in production, some copies of Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 Greatest Hits did not include the game's new features, including the Japanese character voices. If you have purchased Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 Greatest Hits and believe this feature is missing, here is what you should do:
- Contact Atari Technical Support at 425-951-7106
- By Email via our Support page for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 Greatest Hits located here.
- Notify the Technical Support representative of your problem and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number, or RMA number, as well as our mailing address.
- Send the game disc, and please include a brief, typed letter with your name, complete address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if you have one) in case we need to contact you, as well as your RMA number both on the letter and on the outside packaging.
- We will send you a replacement game as soon as possible.
- Note that the RMA number will remain valid for 120 days from the date issued, and we must receive your claim within this 120-day period in order to be processed."
On a side-note, the 4th volume of the Dragonball Z "TV Edition Animation Comics" (DBZ Ani-Manga), releases today, so make sure to order yourself a copy if you want one! It'll cost you about $6.42 (710 Yen), and like always you're best bet for ordering would be Amazon Japan. News will also not just pertain to DB/Z/GT anymore but all anime that I have on Both of my website. Currently the two website are seperate but i am working on getting one joint webpage so it will be way easier to browse. |

| It has been a hard long month of December. I hope everyone had a good holiday season. The website site on the other hand did not. It got hacked and I tried of CuteNews being so gay. Yes it is a nice program but not for the internet security. I have clean out all the files and folders and the servers and i will get gathering a load of information, pictures, videos, and fan submissions to do this coming week and finish by the weekend. I hope every will enjoy and bare with us for a bit longer. |
